Someone is trying to stop the bleeding on TSLA… which started the year at 400 and was at 300 in mid-September. Closed yesterday at 137…
Big time agree. He should have never bought Twitter but the damage is done. I listened to a podcast yesterday and they said he over paid by roughly 25%… I think he overpaid more than that $$$.
Twitter as a company was stuck in this state of mediocre where they weren’t going to be as profitable as any other social media company. The investors had to be overjoyed that Musk offered them a premium for a company that was going nowhere.
And as bad as previous Twitter management was, Musk has proven that hey, it’s pretty hard to run a social media network. Twitter will go down as being Musk’s largest failure … more so than The Boring Company, which exists solely to dissuade communities from building mass transit and does a pretty good job of it.
