While some argue that the saturated fat in beef tallow may not be as detrimental as previously thought, due to its fatty acid composition, excessive consumption can still negatively impact heart health. Canola oil is significantly lower in saturated fat and higher in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (including omega-3s).

Once the servers were replaced with kiosks and favorite menu items were removed, there has simply been no reason for me to go to a slower version of McDonald’s. It seems odd from a PR perspective to now appeal only to just under half the country.
We eventually adjusted to the slower service by placing two separate orders for burgers and fries. That way the burger doesn’t sit and get cold while they are frying the fries. There are too many local places that are doing great smash burgers, so I suspect we’ll never be back now.
That’s insulting. McDonald’s has better burgers than Steak and Shake nowadays.
