Welcome to the 2025 Giving Guide! Please enter your profile copy and submit your art materials using the form below.

Be sure to complete all fields marked with *, as they are *Required fields. You will know the form has been successfully submitted when you see the thank you screen.

We also recommend you type your answers into a Word Document first that you can proof carefully to ensure that all details are accurate and complete. You cannot save as you go.

A PDF proof will be emailed to you prior to publishing. Please review thoroughly and make any minor edits you may have at this time. A revised PDF will be sent to you for final approval. Any additional rounds of edits will be charged $100 per round.

Your information must be submitted no later than September 27, 2024.

Top Funding Sources

Please list your top funding sources (maximum of 8) and indicate their percent of your total budget for the most recent fiscal year. The sum of your sources must add up to 100%

NOTE: If you require more characters in a section below you will need to reduce the number of characters in another section below. Total characters for the four sections below is 1,950.

Board of Directors

It is recommended that you list a maximum of 20 names. If you wish to include more, this section allows for 30 entries. If you have more than 30, click this link to email the full list to Lauren Fox. Note, by including more names it may reduce available word counts in other areas.

You can include both BOD Executive Leadership & BOD Members at Large or just the Executive Leadership

Indianapolis Business Journal prints in digital format, 150 line screen, in CMYK color (we do not accept PMS colors). All images should be saved to 300 dpi. High Quality Print PDF (PDF/X-1a) are the preferred format, but files will be accepted in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. (Please make sure all images and fonts are included with InDesign and Illustrator files). No crop marks, info slugs or other non-ad material is to be included.
