Interesting partnership. As a P&R professional, makes you rethink the potential for PPP in other projects and for other communities around the country.
I think it would benefit Kahlo to visit the Avondale Meadows YMCA to see how the Healthnet, YMCA, UNECDC and MCF have co-located. Without the partnership, the development would not have been possible. This seems to be following the same model. The real truth would be in the details on long term care/maintenance of the building.

At least this is only $20 million, versus the $118 million currently planned to ‘redevelop’ Riverside Park, the very park that proves Indy Parks inability to provide basic maintenance to existing facilities.
