    1. Somebody *ALWAYS* pulls the height card when a new development is announced in Indy. NIMBYism is real.

  1. From a design perspective, this looks pretty solid! I’m a fan of the flatiron-styling with a Art-Deco Revival flair. I think concerns about community-based housing are valid, but the concerns about the height/density are silly nonsense.
