LETTER: State makes it easy to do business in Indiana

LOVE that Moontown Brewing Co. is planning to use a historic building—and make more beer [Brewery plans to renovate historic high school in Whitestown, IBJ.com, Aug. 16].

A new pub or restaurant can become a strong part of a community. Ironically, like a church. A gathering place. Indianapolis is special with many surrounding small thriving towns like Whitestown. Like the old days!

Having lived in other states, Indiana is the best state to start a business and raise a family. I’d rather be in an ultra-conservative state than a blue state which strangles small business (and families) with taxes and regulations. Hoosier values!
