    1. They don’t know but will let you know what the costs were after completing it. Much easier that way seeing as nothing comes in at budget.

  1. How many pizzerias will the park have? We need at least 2 in the initial phase with others to follow as the park is built out.

  2. I don’t believe we’ve ever said no to any new spending and I always like how the bill doesn’t come due for years so no-one will remember why their taxes are going up. I’m for getting things done and it looks like it will be a wonderful park, but agree with the let’s wait until this crisis has passed before taking on any major spending initiatives.
