  1. Can you clarify for me…..
    I assume that counting a student as a dropout means that the school’s graduation percentage is impacted. If they were counted as homeschooling, I assume that is treated like a transfer and thus doesn’t impact the school’s graduation rate. I assume graduation rates impact funding, thus why it is better for a school to say the student went to homeschooling rather than dropping out. Are these correct assumptions?
