Looks like a warehouse with attached front office. To say it screams boring is an understatement.
The picture you see is of an agritourism facility built back in 2023 and not the rendering of the West Fork District planned. I agree that if it were the actual rendering, it would most definitely be considered on the less than appealing side.
The rendering shown is not a rendering of the proposed project. The design of the proposed building will proceed following the approval processes currently underway.
