  1. Hmmm…. Paying less $15 an hour is the way Taco Bell works with new employees every two weeks. The difference between running a Taco Bell and nursing home is that It takes a maybe one shift to learn how to slap fast foods together. Even Taco Bell has figured out how to slow down employee turn-over.

If it wen’t for large healthcare corporations using nursing home profits to support other operations, or paying six and seven figure salaries to corporate executives, or having to pay multi digit share holder dividends, then maybe employee pay would go up.
