Rolls Royce recently discussed not having there employs back at HQ. Those employees won’t be supporting the downtown restaurant and entertainment industry. Therefor people don’t need to get on planes that have Rolls Royce engine to come to a convention town that has no restaurant and entertainment district! Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

Republicans were better off to have Democratic voters stay in cities, as opposed to being more spread across the country. Unless the Republicans actually intend to change their platform and be more inclusive, I won’t hold my breath on that one.
I used to work from home and I was incredibly productive, but I found it harder and more draining because I had to prove to my pointy haired boss that I was even more productive than when I was in the office. But, at the same time, some incredible collaboration happened around the lunch table. Plus getting out of the house was often a welcome relief.
