-OC Repair & Fabrication renewed its lease for 15,462 square feet of industrial space at 2112 Early Lane. The landlord, Franklin Group LLC, was represented by Bill Brennan and Mike Medlock of Lee & Associates. The tenant represented itself.

-Dentex Systems Inc. leased 8,251 square feet of industrial space at 5360 W. 84th St. The tenant was represented by Bob Dominguez of Colliers International. The landlord, Roberts Co. Inc., represented itself.

-Camp Dresser McKee leased 6,200 square feet of office space at 429 N. Pennsylvania St. The tenant was represented by Paul Hartley of NAI Avant. The landlord, LDSI Investments of Indiana LLC, was represented by Matt Urbanski of Stenz Realty Group.

-Bath & Body Works renewed its lease for 5,000 square feet at Southport Commons, 4850 E Southport Road. The landlord, Southport Commons LLC, was represented by Larry Davis and Tom English of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The tenant represented itself.

-The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association leased 4,565 square feet of office space at 9100 Keystone Crossing. The tenant was represented by Andrew Martin and Bennett Williams of Cassidy Turley. The landlord, Keystone Investors LLC, was represented by Abby Cooper and John Robinson of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-Odle McGuire and Shook leased 3,640 square feet of office space at 429 N. Pennsylvania St. The landlord, LDSI Investments of Indiana LLC, was represented by Matt Urbanski of Stenz Realty Group. The tenant represented itself.   

-Orange Leaf Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt leased 2,500 square feet of retail space in Harlan Center, 7565 E. US Highway 36, Avon. The tenant was represented by Donna Hovey of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Harlan Development Co., was represented by Cheryl Moore of Harlan Enterprises.

-Blue Fin Seafood Corp. renewed its lease for 2,171 square feet of industrial/flex space in Elmwood Tech, 5575 Elmwood Ave. The landlord, Skyline Property Group, was represented by Brady Clements of Skyline. The tenant represented itself.

-CH2M Hill leased 1,875 square feet of office space at 429 N. Pennsylvania St. The tenant was represented by Ed Troha of Welbourne Realty. The landlord, LDSI Investments of Indiana LLC, was represented by Matt Urbanski of Stenz Realty Group.

-LuLu’s Electric Café Inc. leased 1,606 square feet at North Willow Mall, 2292 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Jack Hogan of Hogan Commercial Real Estate LLC. The landlord, Township 86th Development Co. LP, was represented by Keith Fried of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate.

-Midwest Energy Partners LLC leased 1,400 square feet of office space at 201 S. Capitol Ave. The landlord, Coastal Partners LLC, was represented by Bennett Williams and Pete Anderson of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.

-Navigant Consulting leased an additional 1,357 square feet at One Parkwood, 250 E. 96th St. The tenant was represented by Dan Fisk and Brian Askins of UGL Equis. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Adam Seger of Duke.

-CG Bear Harbor LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at Harbour Shoppes, 131 S. Harbour Drive, Noblesville. The tenant was represented by Andrew Clifford of Clifford Realty. The landlord, MidAmerican Terminal Service Inc., was represented by Harvey Levin of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty Services.
