Might leave the state

Keywords Opinion

[Hetrick’s Oct. 8 column] was spot on. I tend Democrat but have been voting for Richard Lugar since I could vote in 1972. He was a great mayor and a great senator. He voted for what was best for all of his constituents, not just a few. He worked across the aisle to do what was right for the country. His work making sure that nuclear material from the Soviet Union does not fall into the hands of terrorists will be sorely missed. If Richard Mourdock is elected, I am considering leaving the state I spent my whole life in. I just don’t want to live in a state that would put a man like Mourdock in office.
