    1. Diverzify + is a local company with an office here in Indianapolis for the past 7 years. The corporate office is based in Chicago

    2. Andy,
      None of the local vendors want to deal with the project so I’m not sure any even submitted bids. It’s essentially guaranteed to be union labor based on the RFP requirements and the project has to be completed in a relatively short window that takes away from other, more profitable, projects. Unfortunate but not unusual.

  1. The CIB puts these projects out for competitive bidding. The law requires they accept the lowest and most responsive bid that can also bond the job irregardless of where they are based. If they had awarded the contract to a local contractor at a higher quote some of you would then accusing the CIB of improprieties!
