  1. How much of the settlements will go directly to the victims? How much of the money will be used to prosecute the doctors who over-prescribed these drugs?

  2. That is a huge amount of money ($980M) – here’s to hoping there is not only good transparency on the use of funds, but more importantly, great efficacy in the money spent to help people truly get on the road to recovery.

    1. Remember the Indiana State Republicans motto is fewer regulations and smaller state government. So, most likely no required reporting on where the money is going, and nobody at the state level to do the oversight. Welcome to the Republican self fulfilling prophecy that government is failure.
