As the owner of Moonshot Games and Toys in downtown Noblesville I support adding the fifth story during the buildout. $20k a space for the additional 100 spaces feels steep for someone, like me, that doesn’t have industry knowledge. But if we’re projecting to need it in 5-7 years we’ll save future dollars and support faster growth for downtown businesses like mine by acting now. Thanks to the commissioners and council members for working together on this. Onward!
I also agree that if studies shows that Hamilton county is growing then it only makes perfect buisness sense to adjust to the growth now than later.Nobelsville doesnt have to go extreme as Fishers and Carmel but preparing for growing pains now than later makes more responsibile sense in the long run. This could definitely be a win win for everyone and encourage more economic growth in downtonw Nobelsville.I believe this is a good investment.
