  1. Another “Attractive Incentive Package” that 100’s of small businesses that are already in operation and employing Hoosiers would love to have and put to good use.

  2. So the IEDC, – and to be fair, many financial “experts” – go ga-ga over an enterprise that has burned cash via losses over 18 years, NEVER in its history having made a profit. Even Doonesbury is lampooning the “cash burn” mentality in their recent strips.
