Will Schuler started Will Power Excavation at age 16 and has built the company “by doing good work for good people” with his team of 85 and counting. “I love what we do,” he said. “We get to use big machines to build big American infrastructure and build American dreams.” The company’s services include site preparation, land clearing, grading and trenching. “We pride ourselves on our ability to handle projects of any size and complexity, ensuring that each job is completed with precision and attention to detail.” The mixed-use village called District South in Fishers, the McCordsville police station and Westfield Middle School West are some of the company’s projects. Schuler said he’s particularly proud that his company has been able to develop road maps for all its jobs, which “gave clarity to our team of how they can grow and climb to move themselves toward their dreams and fullest potential.”•
