The deadline to submit a notice is noon (Indianapolis time), the Monday prior to requested publication date. Deadlines will be adjusted for holidays.

Fixed rate notices must be submitted with payment.

All other notices must be paid within 30 days of the last publication date.

Payment can be made by credit card or ACH by calling (317) 634-6200, option 7 or by mailing payment to:

Following the last publication date, affidavits of publication and an invoice will be emailed to the address provided.
