The Noblesville BZA likes to side with Beaver and others involved with Hamilton County politics. The BZA is actually under the City of Noblesville and they like to disregard the wishes of those outside the city limits who do not have a vote in city elections. Amazingly the BZA denied a similar change in zoning by Beaver when the voters happened to be city residents. And to use the condition of the roads as an excuse to say residential development would not likely occur is pure politics. Residential development is happening all around Noblesville off of roads that are not up to the task of handling the increased traffic. Anyone seen Olio Road north of 146th Street along which there are multiple subdivisions currently being built? It is a narrow, two lane county road.
