    1. And the people who profited from and enabled that addiction… they’re innocent? That’s what an investigation will need to uncover.

  1. The Colts have a long history of lying about and covering up very serious issues. A lot of the people closest to Jim enabled him to live the life he was living. He should have had his control taken away from the NFL years ago and anyone who is found to have played a direct role (especially a doctor) in his death should be held accountable.

  2. Clearly many people on “The Bosses” payroll where aware of this and said nothing. Where were Family, Friends and Employees who all share in this tragedy. And even if you don’t think Billionaires can have tragedy’s, they do. RIP Jimmy!

    1. “Said nothing” to whom? Did they owe it to you or the public to go into details that are private? I can be reasonably sure that family, friends, and employees who knew tried to do what they could to little avail. Addiction is a problem that doesn’t go away just because other people are trying to help.

  3. This is not about Mr. Irsay but about the physician who needs to be investigated and stopped before he can allow another death of a patient under his “care”. Indications are the physician did not treat, but enabled Mr. irsay to continue with his habit which unforetunatly may have contributed to his death at a young age by today’s standards.
