Maggie- Please clean up IPS to create a safe exceptional learning experience for all. Get rid of the entire leadership/administrative team and start fresh with just a few at the top and heavy classroom personnel. This would save millions every year and put more money in teachers pockets. There is no need for there to be 4 administrators for every teacher. Let’s get to 12 teachers for every admin staffer.
