  1. Without knowing the details, this case seems rather stretched. After 100 years of manufacturing clay and selling it globally, only one person in Boston gets cancer?
    I know from before WW2 and through the 1950’s and ’60’s we were all exposed to asbestos in a variety of building products from siding and insulation to floors, etc., and many more in about all industries.
    The prosecution and jury seem to have jumped on board with the law firm that focuses on such cases.
