The Circle Centre Development Co., a group of 17 companies that own Circle Centre mall, are considering how the mall or the mall property could be rethought. The CCDC has requested proposals from several architectural firms, although it didn’t tell IBJ specifically what it’s looking for. However, we want to know what you think should be done with the two-block property. Should the mall structure be retained but rethought? Should part or all of it be torn down? Should a reuse include housing? Offices? Retail?
