As a subscriber you can listen to articles at work, in the car, or while you work out. Subscribe NowBall State University is embarking on its largest capital campaign in the Muncie school’s history, seeking to raise $200 million.
Officials announced the goal this morning and hope to raise the money by 2011. Roughly $122 million already has been raised.
Much of the money will be used to fund 200 new scholarships and more endowed chairs and professorships. Money also will be used to expand its Museum of Art and to support the Ball State Fund.
