Siemens Healthcare USA has leased 320,070 square feet in the Building 100 warehouse in Plainfield Distribution Center.
The announcement was made by NAI Olympia Partners, which brokered the deal on behalf of Republic Property Co.
Headquartered in Cary, N.C., Siemens Healthcare supplies diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
Olympia brokers Chip Barnes and Matt Dickerson represented Republic. CB Richard Ellis brokers Tom Cooler, Ryan Beesley and Paul Novello, represented Siemens.
