The Indianapolis private-equity firm of Hammond Kennedy Whitney & Co. Inc. has sold a medical products company in Lebanon, Tenn., to The Riverside Co., a private-equity firm headquartered in New York. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Coeur Inc. makes syringes, tubing and other single-use products for the imaging market.
Hammond Kennedy had owned Coeur since 2003.
