Miller Pipeline makes another acquisition

Indianapolis-based Miller Pipeline Corp. has made its second acquisition since June, this time snagging Dover Contracting Inc.

Headquartered in its namesake town in Ohio, Dover is an underground pipe contractor, and has 50 employees. The company serves gas utilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky and West Virginia.

Miller is owned by Evansville-based electricity and natural gas supplier Vectren Inc. Miller in June acquired South Carolina contractor E&M Pipeline, also for an undisclosed price.
