New York Stock Exchange suspends Accuride

November 10, 2008

Evansville-based truck parts maker Accuride Corp. disclosed today that its stock has been suspended from trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

Accuride's market capitalization in the past month fell below the minimum average of $25 million. The company's average had fallen to $9.2 million when Accuride warned of the potential delisting late last month.

Accuride, which traded under the ticker ACW, closed at 53 cents per share Friday. The stock was above $14 in early 2007 before high fuel prices and the recession prompted cutbacks by its truck-manufacturer customers.

Accuride said it doesn't plan to appeal the suspension, and expects its shares to be quoted on the Pink Sheet Electronic Quotation Service.
