A well-known Broad Ripple bar has been charged with a civil rights violation because of its dress code. The State Civil
Rights Commission issued its finding Thursday after investigating the dress code at Landsharks. The bar’s policy prohibits
gang attire, loose-fitting pants, single-color T-shirts, hair picks and other attire.
