H1N1 cases declining, state says

The latest influenza illness figures are “encouraging,” according to Indiana health officials. Emergency-room
visits for flu-like symptoms have fallen more than 2 percent in two weeks. Hospitalization rates also are down, and schools
are reporting fewer absent students. However, it’s too early to say the virus has peaked, say experts. Last week, three H1N1-related
deaths were confirmed in Indiana.
