A Henry County sheriff’s deputy now faces charges for driving while intoxicated, after he crashed his truck into
a New Castle home. Wally Trevino was off duty when the crash occurred in September. According to the police report, he had
a blood-alcohol level of .2 percent. That’s more than double the legal level of .08 percent. He’s been suspended with pay
since the accident. Trevino was convicted of driving drunk in 1996. Fox 59 will have more at 4 p.m.
