Southpark Real Estate LLC bought a 9,600-square-foot industrial building at 16525 Southpark Drive. The buyer was represented
by Jon Shuel of Resource Commercial Real Estate. The seller, Irwin Union Collateral Inc., was represented
by J.D. Graves and Patrick Lindley of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. The sale price wasn’t
disclosed.
