Bauer Ventures LLC purchased a 6,400-square-foot office building at 2555 Fairview Place, Greenwood. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Casey Raker of Re/Max Select. The seller, JMS Investments Inc., was represented by Cathy Richards of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co.
