-The Vineyard Community Church renewed its lease for 20,800 square feet at Two Metroplex, 8383 Craig St. The landlord, Two Metro LLC, and tenant were represented by Ted McClure of McClure Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.

-Los Compadres Supermarket leased 18,000 square feet at Castleton Village, 82nd and Craig streets. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Jeff Roberts. The tenant represented itself.

-The Consultants Consortium Inc. leased 8,074 square feet of office space at Landmark Center, 1099 N. Meridian St. The tenant was represented by Brooke Augustin of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, Landmark Ventures LLC, was represented by John Vandenbark of CB Richard Ellis.

-CDC Logistics Inc. leased 6,906 square feet at 4625 W. 86th St. The tenant was represented by Joe Lonnemann and Matt Jackson of Halakar Real Estate. The landlord, North by Northwest AB Biynah LLC, was represented by Michael Weishaar and Todd Vannatta of Cassidy Turley.

-Upscale Resale Gallery leased 3,545 square feet at Raceway Crossing, Rockville and Raceway roads, Avon. The tenant was represented by Jodi Milto of NAI Olympia Partners. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Brian Broadbent.

-Wild Ginger leased 3,200 square feet at Fishers Town Commons, 116th Street and Fishers Pointe Boulevard, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Wayne O’Hara of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Brian Broadbent.

-River of Life Church leased 2,040 square feet at Castleton Marketplace, 8421 Castleton Corner Drive. The landlord, Castleton Square Marketplace LLC, and tenant were represented by Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic.

-Donato’s leased 2,000 square feet at 2205 E. Conner St., Noblesville. The landlord, SEG Realty LLC, and tenant were represented by Jeff Hubley of Midland Atlantic.

-Parthenon leased 2,000 square feet at North Willow Commons, 86th Street and Ditch Road. The tenant was represented by Hamada Ibrahim of Urban Space Commercial Properties. The landlord, The Broadbent Co., was represented by Broadbent’s Ray Bunes.

-Marco’s Pizza leased 1,721 square feet at Geist Landing, 11689 Olio Road, Fishers. The tenant was represented by Steve Delaney of Sitehawk Retail Real Estate. The landlord, Geist Landing of Fishers LLC, was represented by Carrie Thrift of Thompson Thrift.

-FileWave USA Inc. leased 1,626 square feet of office space at 10735 Sky Prairie St., Fishers. The landlord, BBQ I LLC, was represented by Darrin L. Boyd and David A. Moore of Cassidy Turley. The tenant represented itself.

-Attorney Gregg S. Gordon leased 1,460 square feet of office space at Fall Creek Harbour Shoppes, 10142 Brooks School Road, Fishers. The landlord, McKinley Inc., and tenant were represented by Cindy Hoskinson and Herb Feldmann of Grubb & Ellis Harding Dahm & Co.
