Hamilton County’s prosecutor says she’s hopeful a decision on whether to file charges in the Carmel High School sexual assault case will be made by the end of the week. Investigators say two freshmen were allegedly assaulted by seniors on the basketball team. One victim says he was attacked in the locker room. The other says he was attacked on a bus ride home after a game. Investigators say the charges could include battery, criminal confinement and criminal deviant conduct. A grand jury has been hearing testimony in the case.
