Road shut down after fatal crash


Emergency crews shut down the southbound lanes of U.S. 31 between 241st and 256th streets in Hamilton County Friday morning
following a fatal crash involving a semitrailer and sport utility vehicle. Investigators say the 55-year-old driver of the
SUV, who died in the crash, crossed over the median and collided with the semi head-on just after 6 a.m. The SUV was registered
in Hendricks County. The driver of the semi suffered minor injuries. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
