The Marion County prosecutor isn’t yet filing formal charges against a 19-year-old accused of throwing her baby in
the trash. Carl Brizzi said he hopes investigators will be able to put pressure on Tasha Miller’s family and friends
to provide meaningful information. Witnesses keep giving conflicting information about what happened to the baby, he said.
Brizzi kept open the possibility of filing charges in the future. Investigators searched a Clinton County landfill for the
baby’s body with no luck. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
