A man and woman were killed Tuesday night in Indianapolis when the motorcycle they were riding hit a van head-on. Donald
Wilson, 35, was not wearing a helmet, but Erica Evans Ford, 29, was. Both were pronounced dead on the scene near East 18th
Street and Massachusetts Avenue. The van's driver, Donald Gipson, 53, was not hurt. He has been charged with two counts
of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
