Simon Malls spokesman Les Morris said 110 out of 130 Castleton Mall stores were open late this morning, after a water-main break near the Borders bookstore.

Morris said remediation had been ongoing since 4 a.m. "It looks pretty good in term sof some of teh affected stores re-opening," he said. "The damage is minimal."

By 11 a.m., Morris said Borders and 19 other stores in the "lifestyle" area of the mall were closed. Some of those may re-open today, he said.
