A former Indianapolis police officer suspected of setting a series of fires in apartments and vehicles has been charged with
six counts of arson. The charges filed Wednesday accuse 31-year-old Jesse Russell of setting fires in clubhouses of two apartment
complexes and in a vacant apartment in a third complex. Marion County prosecutors also say Russell set fire to a box truck
and the "Chicken Limo." Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
