Samex Capital Partners LLC and Samex Capital Advisors LLC subleased 3,800 square feet at 10500 Kincaid Drive, Fishers. The sublandlord, Nelnet Inc., was represented by Brooke Augustin and Bryan Augustin of NAI Olympia Partners. The subtenant, Samex Capital Partners LLC and Samex Capital Advisors LLC, represented themselves. The lease involving the same parties that appeared in last week’s Real Estate Weekly was incorrect.
