About 200 members of Indiana's Army National Guard 38th Infantry Division arrived at Stout Field early Friday morning
and were greeted by loved ones waving flags and "Welcome Home" signs. The members of Task Force Cyclone spent the
past year in Afghanistan, aiding the local government with security, agriculture and economic development projects. Although
the homecoming is just a couple days before July 4, the soldiers will spend about five days debriefing and demobilizing before
returning to their homes. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
