Charlotte, N.C.-based Perfect Fit Industries LLC plans to close its plant in Loogootee in southwest Indiana, resulting in the loss of 95 jobs.

Perfect Fit, which manufactures bedding accessories such as mattress pads, pillows and comforters, notified the Indiana Department of Workforce Development on Wednesday that it will begin letting go employees on Oct. 5.

The company expects the facility to close by the end of the year.
