Leary, 39, who already faces up to three years in prison for his role in a mortgage fraud scheme, appeared in court in Noblesville on Thursday on charges that he stole appliances from foreclosed homes. Fishers police spent five months investigating the case, tying Leary and two other men to a string of burglaries in Hamilton County.
