Indianapolis police captured a woman who led them on a car and foot chase following a shooting Tuesday morning. She was taken into custody near Brookville Road and German Church Road on the city’s east side. The female suspect allegedly shot a man in the leg in the 4600 block of East 19th Street about 8:15 a.m. Tuesday. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
