An Indianapolis Public Schools bus driver was arrested Monday night after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident. A man said Scherri Hooten, 35, was driving on the west side near Michigan and Concord streets during rush hour when she ran a stop sign and hit a car. She got out of the bus, checked for damage, then got back on the bus and drove off, he said.
