A 51-year-old man was in critical condition after being hit Tuesday evening by a SUV on the north side of Indianapolis. Police say the man was walking with another person on Kessler Boulevard North Drive near Lafayette Road about 6:30 p.m. when he was struck by a Chevy Blazer driving southbound. The victim was taken to Wishard Hospital. The driver does not face any charges.
