Inc., a Colorado-based real estate developer, has purchased the never-occupied, 781,500-square-foot Getrag transmission manufacturing facility in Tipton. The purchase price was $25 million. The buyer will lease the facility to Colorado-based Abound Solar Inc., which will manufacture solar panels at the plant. The seller, Franklin Advisors LLC, was represented by Patrick B. Lindley of Cassidy Turley. The buyer represented itself.
-New York-based White Eagle Group bought the 220-unit Pebble Point Apartments near Interstate 465 and Crawfordsville Road. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer and seller, Denver-based Apartment Investment & Management Co., were represented by Tikijian Associates.
-Duncan Supply Co. Inc. bought a 60,000-square-foot industrial building on 5.61 acres in the Airwest Business Park at 2191 Airwest Blvd. The price wasn’t disclosed. The buyer was represented by Kevin Kempf of Cassidy Turley. The seller, PB Real Estate LLC, was represented by Patrick Lindley of Cassidy Turley.
