Subscribe NowThree men posing as Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officers robbed a motorist early Tuesday, the victim told investigators. The male victim, who was not identified, said he was approached near Executive Drive and Raymond Street by three men wearing gold badges around their necks. One was wearing IMPD-logo clothing. The attackers handcuffed the man, robbed him and stole his car. A snowplow driver saw the victim, still in handcuffs, walking in the area shortly after midnight.
